Prior to the expiration of your software subscription, our payment processing partner (Avangate) will use the billing information they have secured stored on file to renew your software subscription automatically for one (1) additional year at the then current subscription price.
Before your payment is processed, we will email you 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date to inform you about the then current subscription price (including any applicable taxes), the date on which you will be charged for the renewal, and provide you with the option to cancel the automatic renewal.
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription product at any time by contacting Solvusoft customer support or by clicking on the link provided in your confirmation e-mail for this purpose.
